UEFA Referees Committee has announced the new categories for the first part of 2023-24 season. Three referees have joined Men's Elite Category: Peljto (BIH), Hernández Hernández (ESP) and Nyberg (SWE). 

Irfan Peljto (BIH), new Elite referee, along with other two promotions
