UEFA Referees Categories for the second part of 2023-24 season: Marco Guida (ITA) and Espen Eskås (NOR) Promoted to Elite

Italy's Marco Guida and Norway's  Espen Eskås have reached the top of UEFA refereeing.

Espen Eskas (NOR)

Promoted to Category 1:

Urs Schnyder (SUI)

Moreover, Ivana Projkovska (MKD), Iuliana Elena Demetrescu (ROU), Maria Sole Ferrieri Caputi (ITA) and Esther Staubli (SUI) have joined the Men's Panel, all as Category 2.
